जानिये क्या है नेट न्यूट्रैलिटि, कैसे आपकी इंटरनेट की आजादी खतरे में है (NET NEUTRALITY)

पिछले कुछ दिनों से आप नेट न्यूट्रैलिटि के बारे में सुन रहे होंगे, मीडिया से लेकर हर जगह इसकी चर्चा हो रही है। दरअसल इसका सीधा मतलब है कि आप जिस भी इंटरनेट प्रोवाइडर कंपनी का इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं वह कंपनी आपकों सभी वेबसाइटों और एप्लिकेशन को बिना किसी रोक-टोक के इस्तेमाल की आजादी देगी।  एप्स और चुनिंदा वेबसाइटों के लिए चुकाने होंगे अतिरिक्त पैसे
 अभी तक आप अपने फोन, लैपटॉप या कंप्यूटर पर जिस भी वेबसाइट को चाहते थे उसे खोल सकते थे। लेकिन हाल ही में टेलीकॉम कंपनियां अब एक नया नियम लेकर आ रही हैं जिसके अंतर्गत आपको अलग-अलग साइटों को खोलने और एप्स के इस्तेमाल के लिए पैसे चुकाने होंगे। ऐसे में नेट न्यूट्रैलिटि की पहल इसलिए शुरु की गये है ताकि अगर आप कोई भी वेबसाइट खोले तो उसे आप सामान्य तौर पर जैसे किसी भी वेबसाइट को खोलते हैं खोल सकें। 
चुनिंद वेबसाईटें या धीमी खुलेंगी या अतिरिक्त पैसों के बिना नहीं खुलेंगी 
मान लीजिए आपने एयरटेल का इंटरनेट कनेक्शन ले रखा है और आप यूट्यूब, फ्लिपकॉर्ट या कोई अन्य वेबसाइट खोल रहे हैं। ऐसे में इन साइटों को खोलने के लिए कंपनी आपसे अतिरिक्त पैसे नहीं मांग सकती या फिर इन साइटों को खुलने में देरी नहीं कर सकती है। इंटरनेट सर्विस प्रोवाइडर(ISP) आपको सभी वेबसाइटों को खोलने की सामान्य आजादी देगा जैसा कि वर्तमान में मौजूद है। हम बिना किसी अतिरिक्त पैसों के सभी साइटों को एक सामान्य स्पीड के साथ खोल सकते हैं। 
क्या है एयरटेल जीरो 
एयरटेल जीरो एक माध्यम है जिससे हम मोबाइल के एप्स फ्री में डाउलोड कर सकते हैं। वहीं हमें किसी भी एप को डाउनलोड करने के लिए अलग से पैसे नहीं देने होते हैं, बल्कि हमारे मोबाईल में जो भी डेटा पैक पड़ा है उसी की मदद से हम उस एप को मुफ्त में डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं। 
आपकी टेलीकॉम कंपनी लेगी वेबसाइट्स से अतिरिक्त शुल्क
 मान लीजिए आप स्नैपडील एयरटेल से इसके एयरटेल जीरो प्लेटफॉर्म के लिए करार करता है तो आपको स्नैपडील को खोलते समय अपने सर्विस प्रोवाइडर एयरटेल को अतिरिक्त पैसे चुकाने होंगे। दरअसल टेलीकॉम कंपनियां यूट्यूब, स्काइप, फ्लिपकार्ट जैसी साइटों से अतिरिक्त पैसे की मांग करेंगी नये नियम के तहत जिका बोझ उपभोक्ताओं को चुकाना होगा। 
विरोध के चलते है ट्राई पर भारी दबाव 
ऐसे में अगर भारतीय टेलीकॉम एजेंसियों को यह करने की इजाजत दी जाती है तो यह भारत मे इंटरनेट को तबाह कर सकता है। भारत में इंटरनेट के इस्तेमाल को टेलीकॉम रेगुलेटर अथॉरिटी संभालती है। ट्राई इसकी देखरेख करती है, साथ ही देश में इंटरनेट के इस्तेमाल के लिए नियम को बनाने का भी काम करती है। माना जा रहा है कि ट्राई एयरटेल, वोडाफोन सहित कई कंपनियों को इस नियम की इजाजत दे सकती है। इस नये नियम के बाद ये कंपनियां आपको एप्स और वेबसाइटों के इस्तेमाल के लिए अलग से पैसे लेंगी।

Now companies can pay Airtel and have users browse their service free of data charges.  

Airtel had tried its slimy stunts 4 months ago, when they tried to introduce a plan to charge Internet telephony companies like Skype and Whatsapp a higher tariff.  They got their mangy asses burnt.

Net Neutrality, requires that internet service providers should not prioritize any data over another.  Net neutrality, ensures that our ISPs don’t block, discriminate or override any data without the FREE citizens’ consent.

In October 2007, US President Barack Obama was a supporter of  net neutrality.  In May 2010, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) introduced, strong net neutrality protections which stated that the ISP can not block any sites or impose limits on any user.

Just weeks after FCC passed such restriction, R controlled Verizon communications, a telecom company filed a federal lawsuit against FCC in Jan 2011.

Verizon Communications Inc. is an American broadband and telecommunications company, the largest U.S. wireless communications service provider.

There was a HUGE public outcry  - the free public cried foul .

On Jan 14, 2014 a federal appeals court struck down FCC’s 2010 rule.  

On the very next day a petition was created which went on to be signed by 105,572 users to “Restore Net Neutrality By Directing the FCC to Classify Internet Providers as ‘Common Carriers’. ”

Over the next few months the continuous proposals of rule-making were reconsidered and in Nov 2014, President Obama directs FCC to articulate strongest possible laws to protect net neutrality.

Finally on Feb 26,2015 FCC voteD in favor of the cause.

Net Neutrality is about keeping away  “Zero Rating” or making some sites free over others.  Telecom operators/ISPs are access services providers, and can control either how much you access, what you access, how fast you access and how much you pay to access content and services on the Internet.

Net Neutrality is about keeping away telecom-style licensing of Internet companies  -- selective gateways, selective speeding , selective winners and selective losers—where Zionist Big Brother does the selecting .

Net Neutrality is about ensuring that all sites must be equally accessible , with same access speed, with same data costs , no internet UNTOUCHABILITY  /  internet RACISM ,  no constraint on how much one can download or upload.

TIERING meant was that the sites who chose to pay a higher amount, would have access to faster and reliable services.

Tiered internet seems INNOCENT –c ompanies that pay more get faster services.  However, this goes against the “end-to-end” paradigm that the internet was built on.

Tiered internet causes a  “gatekeeper” effect, which  allows BIG BROTHER to control matters.

This is the whole secret of this DIRTY game.

All control of what goes on through the internet should be controlled by the producer and the end user, not the intermediary MIDDLEMAN network provider that controls them.

By being able to regulate who gets to use the faster more reliable service, the network owners stand in between the content provider and the end user and elicit money from any bit of information that wants to pass.

The content provider can choose to pay the fee, the network owners make liberal profit, and the content provider passes the cost onto the consumer.  

Conversely, the content provider can opt out of paying and the end user is left with slow-loading and possible even degraded content.  Either decision spells trouble for the average consumer.

Tiering will result in greater profits for the network providers at the expense of the consumer.
